For turnkey projects, NORDRY is involved in the management and implementation of these projects, covering the following main steps:

• Design and detailed planning of the project with the requirements and technical specifications.
• Validate the grants and possible external financing for the project and make the claims.

• See to the training of users.

Once a turnkey project has been identified and selected with a client, NORDRY will design the project and also write the detailed project schedule.

The design presents and explains in detail the engineering of the proposed solution, including the requirements and detailed technical specifications.

At this stage, the client is in a position to adjust/confirm their acceptance of the solution.

Technical drawings will specify and illustrate each physical component of the proposed system.

Thereafter, the project management planning and its precise implementation schedule will ensure the timely and diligent delivery of the turnkey solution.

• The integration of the new equipment and the entire solution chosen into the existing production units is then carried out.
• NORDRY provides the customer with all performance tests, start-up and post-installation including reports and operation manuals.
• The start-up of the systems is carried out following the customer’s approval.
• Afterwards, the customer enters the service contract and post-installation technical support phase.
